* Have 'Delegated' Edwin to RED STAG suss the Pen y Cymoedd Windmill Plantation Area also dig up all useful info and with others of PAW - MORGANNWG who need to take this aboard fully, start to move forward. Please regard me as just an 'Advisor' towards a speedy successful advance towards as follows:
1: PAW - MORGANNWG assumes Responsibility for this Campaign in due course via Edwin organising a campaign via a (non pub) meeting to establish a PAW - MORGANNWG Committee with a 'Working Party to plan and prepare the Anti - Pen y Cymoedd Windmill Plantation Campaign.
2: Would Castell Nos be a good Place to Hold a PAW - MORGANNWG Public Rally To Launch the Campaign, using it's history as centre of Southern Welsh Blaenau Morgannwg Resistence to the Anglo - Norman Robber Barons as we used history in Mynydd y Betws Campaign.
3: Suggestion hold this Rally to be organised in a big way with many flags and Banners etc plus hoped for much media attention just before the Eisteddfod. possibly on 28 July with below in mind.
4: That at the Eisteddfod a meeting is held to promote setting up of PAW Nationally and later a National Meeting be held to set up PAW NATIONAL with Committee and Executive delegated to developing PAW NATIONAL in as many Windmill Plantation Areas as possible and then advancing PAW Action in these areas. Possible meaningful best place for such a National meeting would be in area of Brwydr Maes Madog 1294 where near by a Windmill Plantation is Planned. Holding such meeting mid August perhaps?
5: Any other suggestions let me know and place on PAW fb.
